French Silk Pie

My nephew Chase loves French Silk Pie. So recently I decided to try a gluten-free version of his favorite pie. I am still working on perfecting the recipe so no details here but it sure looked great! I used a pre made gluten-free pie crust from Whole Foods. The filling was actually quite easy but turned out gritty and stiff. However, an 11 year old boy, hardly noticed and was delighted with a piece. I piped the whipped cream on top of the pie and added the chocolate curls for finishing touch. Even though it was a bit gritty, we all enjoyed the pie.
